Already a hotly tipped name in the world of experimental electronica, an intriguing stream of Soundcloud uploads last year saw Sharp Veins picked by FACT as a ‘producer to watch’ for 2015 without a single release to his name.

Recent work reveals the inquisitive approach of a producer still finding his feet - sprawling 17 minute ambient pieces sit next to booming broken techno workouts and stuttering 140bpm vocal cutups.

With Inbox Island, SV places a confident first footprint in the current musical landscape - consolidating a whole world of influences into a gripping six-track record which owes as much to drone and UK club culture as it does the Southern hip hop he grew up on.
